SHIPPING

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

After you place your order, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. You will receive an email/ phone call to confirm dispatch, which also signifies our acceptance of your order. Please be informed, the order shall only be dispatched once it has been confirmed by you. 

For Cash on Delivery orders, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order will only be accepted once you have confirmed it via email or mobile.

Dispatch of all the product(s), may or may not happen at the same time. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments from different warehouses. You will not be charged separately for the same.

Each product will be inspected and packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery partners will aim to deliver your package as quickly as possible. If they encounter difficulties reaching the provided address or finding a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

 

DELIVERY

Once shipped, orders typically take 2-7 days to reach you. If your order includes multiple items, they may or may not arrive in separate shipments. The estimated delivery times are approximate, and delays beyond our control may occur. We will keep you updated if there are any delays.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES 

Free Shipping — all orders, unless stated otherwise. We offer free shipping on most of our products. However, for certain items, a minimum shipping fee will be calculated at checkout, which is indicated on the product page.

 

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We deliver throughout India, including remote regions. However, during a crisis or unexpected situation, we may temporarily halt shipping to specific areas. If your order is impacted, our customer service team will contact you promptly with additional details and alternatives.

 

ADDRESS/PIN-CODE CHANGES

Please note that we cannot change the address after dispatch, hence the order will be returned if undeliverable. Kindly reach out to us at contactus@drjshealthvitals.com within 24 hours of placing your order in case you’d like to make any changes in the shipping address.
