Returns & Refunds

CANCELLATION

Orders can only be canceled if they haven't been shipped.

To cancel your order, contact customer support at contactus@drjshealthvitals.com. 

If eligible, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation is acknowledged.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Please note that refunds, if eligible, are possible only if the products have not yet been shipped. We currently do not offer refunds on delivered items. Items, if eligible, shall only be replaced in accordance with the policy stated herein.

  

RETURNS

 We provide full replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Product received is past its expiration date.
  • Products damaged during transit or those with physical defects.

 Should you wish to replace all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 48 hours of delivery by writing to us on contactus@drjshealthvitals.com.  An email with an unpacking video of the parcel along with the photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent within the stipulated time in order for us to accept/consider the request. Please note, if/once the request for return/replacement is accepted, we shall arrange for a return pickup. Once the return is received by our team, we shall inspect the retuned item(s) and ship the replaced item(s), if eligible, within 24 hours of the replacement request being approved. 

 

Kindly note that replacement will not be accepted if: 

  • The product has been used/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. 
  • Original packing is missing 
  • The request is generated after 48 hours of delivery
  • The damaged/missing product is reported after 48 hours of delivery 
  • The product is being returned for a reason other than a manufacturing defect, or acceptable reasons other than the one mentioned above. 

 

Once approved as eligible for replacement, replacement will be issued for part or the full order. 

 

CREDIT AMOUNT

Please note, in the instance the customer does not wish to avail an immediate replacement of the order, a credit amount reflecting the value of the product being replaced/returned shall be issued upon emailing us at contactus@drjshealthvitals.com. The discount code for the credit amount, if approved, will be shared via email and can be used at the time of checkout prior to placing a new order. The credit amount must be availed to place a replacement order within 30 days of the credit amount being issued. 

Kindly note, the shipping charges will be factored into the final credit amount issued, covering both the shipment and return pickup costs. 

 

 

REFUNDS

An order on www.drjshealthvitals.com cannot be refunded once the order has been delivered, unless in accordance with policy stated herein. We currently do not offer refunds on delivered items. 

 

 

PROCESS

 If you would like to place a replacement/return request, let us know by emailing us at contactus@drjshealthvitals.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that your email MUST contain: 

  • Order ID
  • Name
  • Items of you want to return/replace 
  • Please ensure to include images/videos as proof in your email 

 

We will investigate and review your request within 24-48 working hours. Requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
