To report any issue with your order, email us at contact@drjshealthvitals.com with your Order ID, name, description of the issue, and clear photos or videos as proof. Our team will review and get back to you promptly.
We regret to inform you that no modifications can be made once your order has been placed.
Your order may have been cancelled automatically due to one of the following reasons:
- If it was a COD order, our team tries reaching out to you for confirmation for three consecutive days before dispatch. In case we do not receive a response or confirmation, the order may be cancelled from our side.
- The product went out of stock.
- The shipping address is outside our serviceable areas.
- Payment was not completed successfully.
- There was a technical error or verification issue with the order.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on the location. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, unexpected delays (due to weather, strikes, remote area delivery, or courier issues) may occur. We will keep you informed in such cases.
Your order may be dispatched in multiple shipments from different warehouses depending on product availability. Rest assured, you will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/SMS containing the tracking details.
Delays can occur due to courier issues, high order volumes, weather disruptions, or remote delivery locations. You can track your shipment using the link sent to your registered phone number or email. If it’s significantly delayed, feel free to contact us at contact@drjshealthvitals.com.

Cancellations, Returns, & Refunds
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped. To cancel, email us at contact@drjshealthvitals.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If eligible, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Refunds are only applicable for unshipped orders. Delivered products are not refundable unless covered by our Replacement Policy.

If you would like to place a replacement/return request, let us know by emailing us at contact@drjshealthvitals.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that your email MUST contain:
- Order ID
- Name
- Items of you want to return/replace
- Please ensure to include images/videos as proof in your email
We will investigate and review your request within 24-48 working hours. Requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will not be issued if the returned product is damaged or tampered with, if the shipping address provided was incorrect, if the product was partially consumed, or if the return conditions are not met.
